We are delighted to confirm that we will soon be offering Europe’s first PgCert in FASD.
Although not officially launching until September 2024, students taking our course ‘Understanding Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD): Context, Contributors & Clinical Presentation’ (starting Sept 2023) who also complete the sister course ‘Assessment and Diagnosis of Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD) (Online) (starting January 2024) will be eligible to transfer their 40 course credits to the PGCert and become part of our first cohort. Completion of the PGCERT will require one further course; ‘Advanced Case Formulation’ offered in September 2024.
All courses are designed to work around busy professionals, being part time and online; the PGCERT can be spread over 36 months. The programme will be open for applications from Autumn 2023. Contact us at CPD.FAAST@ed.ac.uk for more information.
